These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777n7 website at 777n7.app and all related services, products, games, promotions and features offered by 777n7 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777n7 ("we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, claiming any bonus, or using any service provided by 777n7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

To register and maintain an account on 777n7, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged between 21 and 25 may be asked to provide additional proof of age documentation.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 777n7 or any of its affiliated providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or permanently suspended from the Platform or from any affiliated online gambling service.

777n7 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts that fail eligibility checks will be suspended pending investigation, and if ineligibility is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed with any ineligibly-earned balance subject to forfeiture.

Each player may register only one account on the 777n7 Platform. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts. The following requirements apply to registration:

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 777n7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777n7 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• 777n7 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal.

By registering an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any of your personal details change. 777n7 may contact you at the registered mobile number or email address for account-related communications.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 777n7 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard, subject to availability. 777n7 does not accept third-party payments: deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. All withdrawal requests must likewise be directed to a payment account belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 777n7 does not charge fees for standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. 777n7 is not responsible for fees levied by your bank or mobile money provider.

• Deposits are normally credited to your account balance within minutes of a successful payment. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable time, contact customer support with your payment reference.
• Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements applicable at the time of the request.
• 777n7 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraudulent or irregular account activity. Where fraud is confirmed, pending withdrawals may be voided and relevant funds forfeited.

777n7 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each promotion, published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general rules apply to all offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be staked before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per IP address. 777n7 reserves the right to revoke a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or prohibited betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.

777n7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an active player account will not be removed retroactively during an ongoing qualifying wagering period.

All bets placed on the 777n7 Platform are subject to the rules of the individual game or sport in question, as well as to these general Terms. The following rules apply across all betting and gaming activities on the Platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player. In-play bets that are confirmed will stand regardless of subsequent real-world developments unless the event is voided by the provider.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or erroneous odds, 777n7 reserves the right to void affected bets. No winnings derived from a manifestly erroneous price will be paid.
• For live casino games and virtual games, the outcome recorded by the game software shall be definitive. In the event of a dispute between a player's recollection and the system log, the system log shall prevail.
• 777n7 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, individual games or cumulative winnings within a defined period. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated in the relevant game or sports section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777n7 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 777n7 will take immediate action, up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds, against any player found to have engaged in:

• Fraud, including misrepresenting identity, using stolen payment credentials, submitting falsified documentation, or exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or coordinated multi-account betting to abuse promotional offers, manipulate game outcomes or launder funds through the Platform.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or any software not expressly authorised by 777n7 to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Opening or maintaining more than one account on the Platform, including accounts opened in names of third parties for the benefit of a single player.
• Any conduct that 777n7 reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or an attempt to use the Platform to conceal or transfer funds of illicit origin.

777n7 cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of fraudulent or criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored, recorded and may be reported to applicable authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

777n7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: a player has breached these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity; a player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time; or 777n7 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen until the investigation concludes.

A player may request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting 777n7 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777n7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any commercial losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, connectivity issues, or errors in game software supplied by third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777n7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777n7 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

777n7 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 777n7 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Personal data is never sold to third parties.

777n7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777n7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the Platform or by email to the registered address. The updated Terms will display a revised Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
